Well-lit room with thoughtful window coverings. Comfortable bed and pillows for a good night's sleep. Limited mini bar, but the bar downstairs is great. Clean and comfortable rooms with nice details and delicious snacks. Friendly staff and convenient central location. Excellent service and personalized touch.

The hotel's location is ideal, situated just moments away from popular attractions like Swantson St, the station, trams, Federation Square. The complimentary amenities like wifi, movies, and minibar make the stay even more enjoyable. The room on the 7th floor, although facing an alley, was quiet and well-designed with blackout blinds and effective lighting. Plus, having the Supernormal restaurant right opposite the hotel is a great convenience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, it's the ideal spot for a luxurious break. the amenities were fantastic with an outdoor saltwater pool and a great sun terrace equipped with sun loungers. the staff was very attentive and offered a high-quality catering service with delicious food. Our room was luxurious with exclusive facilities such as a massage chair and a private balcony overlooking the city.

the hotel more than made up for it with their special diet menu options.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel in the centre of things. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything and right near the tram line, making transportation easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities were great. the breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying.

This hotel is super close to everything that Melbourne has to offer. It's in the heart of the city, surrounded by good restaurants, bars, and theaters. The location couldn't be better for exploring all that Melbourne has to offer. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is clean with all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The complimentary snacks and drinks add a nice touch to the stay.

The noise from outside can be a bit bothersome at times.

The staff were very helpful and cute, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The bed in the room was great, providing a cozy and comfortable sleep. the menu offered a variety of lovely dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed.

There were a few drawbacks. there was no hair dryer available in the room, quite inconvenient.

Attentive service and fantastic location near main street and stations. Enjoyed complimentary snacks and minibar. Despite a minor issue with wear and tear in the room, I had a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had everything I needed for a luxurious stay, from the beautiful rooftop pool with stunning views to the exclusive massage service. the sun terrace and pool with view were perfect for relaxing under the sun. the room advantages were impressive, with high, end amenities and comfortable furniture. the catering service was top, notch, and the restaurant offered a variety of special diet menus. the location was excellent, walking distance from many shopping and eating spots.

The noise level can be an issue at times, as some guests were loud and disruptive in the hallway. this minor issue didn't spoil my experience at this hotel, as the service and facilities were exceptional.
